With nine years of history, Royal Super Buffet can confidently serve more than 280 customers in its area of 8,500 square feet. The buffet is a favorite among the local residents and the restaurant stays ahead of the competition. Additionally, the restaurant’s convenient location boosts sales as well. “The residential area is close by, and the population is dense,” says the owner of Royal Super Buffet. As for the décor, Wang decided to keep the ambiance low key. “I want to provide a fresh and comfortable feeling for my customers,” he explains.
No matter which meal is ordered, each dish on the menu represents the essence of time-honored Chinese culinary art. The top selling dishes are the Mongolian Beef and New York Steak. Customers come from all over the area to sample the array of Guangdong, Szechuan, and Hunan dishes offered on the menu. And the health conscious diners haven’t been overlooked; each dish is prepared with little salt, sugar, and oil.
Royal Super Buffet not only focuses on the quality of food, but also on customer service. “Satisfying customers is the foundation of my business,” Mr. Wang concludes.
